• Not be previously suspended or removed from CartVerseHub for policy violations.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

4. Seller Obligations

Sellers registering on CartVerseHub agree to:

• Provide accurate product information, including descriptions, pricing, and availability.
• Fulfil all confirmed orders promptly and in good faith.
• Not list counterfeit, prohibited, or illegal products on CartVerseHub.
• Maintain valid KYC documentation as required by CartVerseHub.
• Comply with CartVerseHub's seller code of conduct and marketplace policies.
• Honour CartVerseHub's refund and returns policy for their products.

5. Buyer Obligations

Buyers using CartVerseHub agree to:

• Provide accurate shipping and payment information for all orders.
• Not engage in fraudulent orders, chargebacks, or abuse of CartVerseHub's return policy.
• Use CartVerseHub solely for lawful personal or business purposes.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on CartVerseHub — including logos, text, graphics, software, and trademarks — is the exclusive property of CartVerseHub or its licensed content providers. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission from CartVerseHub.

7. Payment Terms

All payments processed through CartVerseHub are subject to our payment gateway's terms and applicable taxes. CartVerseHub is not responsible for additional charges levied by your bank or payment provider. Seller payouts are processed according to CartVerseHub's settlement schedule communicated at the time of onboarding.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CartVerseHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. CartVerseHub's total liability to you, for any claim arising from use of the platform, shall not exceed the amount paid by you to CartVerseHub in the preceding three months.

9. Prohibited Activities

Users of CartVerseHub must not:

• Use the platform to engage in fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to CartVerseHub systems or accounts.
• Post false reviews, ratings, or testimonials on CartVerseHub.

• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law while using CartVerseHub.

10. Termination

CartVerseHub reserves the right to terminate or suspend any account on CartVerseHub at its sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, third parties, or the interests of CartVerseHub.
