Refund & Cancellation Policy
CartVerseHub's policy for order cancellations, returns, and refunds.

1. Overview
CartVerseHub is committed to ensuring complete satisfaction for our buyers and maintaining fairness for our sellers. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which orders may be cancelled, returned, or refunded on the CartVerseHub platform. By placing an order on CartVerseHub, you agree to this policy.
2. Order Cancellation by Buyer
Buyers may cancel an order placed on CartVerseHub under the following conditions:
- Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of placing the order, before the seller processes or ships the item.
- Once an order has been dispatched by the seller on CartVerseHub, it cannot be cancelled and must be returned after delivery.
- To cancel an order, contact CartVerseHub support at contact@cartversehub.shop with your order ID and reason for cancellation.
- Approved cancellations will receive a full refund to the original payment method within 5โ7 business days.
3. Order Cancellation by Seller
In rare circumstances, a seller on CartVerseHub may cancel an order due to:
- Stock unavailability or product discontinuation.
- Inability to deliver to the specified location.
- Suspected fraudulent order activity.
In such cases, CartVerseHub will notify the buyer immediately and process a full refund within 5โ7 business days.
4. Returns Policy
Returns on CartVerseHub are accepted under the following conditions:
- The return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery for most product categories.
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags and accessories intact.
- Proof of purchase (order ID and invoice) must be provided when raising a return on CartVerseHub.
- Products damaged during seller packaging or in transit are eligible for return without any requirements on condition.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following categories are not eligible for return or exchange on CartVerseHub unless they are damaged or defective:
- Perishable goods (food, groceries, flowers)
- Personal hygiene and intimate products
- Digital products and software licenses
- Custom-made or personalized items
- Hazardous materials
- Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase on CartVerseHub
6. Refund Process
Once CartVerseHub approves a return or cancellation, refunds will be processed as follows:
- Original Payment Method: Refunds are credited back to the card, UPI ID, or wallet used during checkout. Processing time is 5โ7 business days after approval.
- CartVerseHub Wallet Credits: For eligible cases, refund may be offered as CartVerseHub wallet credits, which can be used on future purchases (faster processing โ within 24 hours).
- Bank Transfers: For COD orders, refunds will be transferred to the buyer's provided bank account within 7โ10 business days.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product from a CartVerseHub seller:
- Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery by emailing contact@cartversehub.shop with photos of the product and packaging.
- CartVerseHub will investigate and, upon confirmation, arrange a free return pickup and issue a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.
8. Bulk Orders
For bulk orders placed through CartVerseHub's B2B marketplace:
- Cancellations must be requested before order processing begins. Custom or manufacturing orders may not be cancelled after confirmation.
- Returns for bulk orders are subject to the specific terms agreed upon at the time of the purchase contract with CartVerseHub.
- Refunds for bulk orders will be processed within 10โ14 business days after approval.
9. How to Raise a Refund or Return Request
To initiate a refund or return on CartVerseHub:
- Email CartVerseHub at contact@cartversehub.shop with your order ID, reason, and supporting photos if applicable.
- Our support team will respond within 24โ48 business hours with the next steps.
- For approved returns, we will arrange reverse pickup logistics at no cost to the buyer.
10. Changes to This Policy
CartVerseHub reserves the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Updates will be reflected on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of CartVerseHub after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
